Welcome to the Hong Kong Academy of the Humanities
The Hong Kong Academy of the Humanities honors the most distinguished scholars and practitioners of the humanities in Hong Kong and recognizes the early to mid-career achievements of promising academics. Representing Fellows from a cross-section of disciplines in the humanities and institutions of higher education in Hong Kong, the Academy constitutes a rich and varied body of expert knowledge in the humanities.

Fellows of the Academy
Fellows in the Hong Kong Academy of the Humanities are recognized by their peers as scholars of the highest academic distinction, or eminent practitioners of the arts, and honored for their lifetime contribution to the humanities. Early Career and Associate Fellows are early to mid-career scholars who show exceptional promise in their humanities discipline. Fellows have been elected from universities across Hong Kong, and include former and current Deans and Associate Deans of Arts, Chair Professors, Directors, Heads of Departments and of Schools in the Humanities.
